Tom de Paor studied at the Dublin Institute of Technology and University College Dublin, graduating 1991. Has practised privately since 1991, often working collaborative!}' with other architects and artists, including Emma O'Neill, Dominic Stevens and Eilis O'Connell. Has taught at University College Dublin since 1992.
